Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Each destination of North India Birding Tour is between the range of 300 kilometers taking 3 to 5 hours to every destination.

Will I get an itinerary with details such as maps, relevant information, do's & don'ts?

Certainly, the itinerary contains all the information about the tour including your daily schedule, the speciality of each destination, map and do’s and dont’s of the tour.

How do we sort out permits, entry fee and camera fee?

We book the permit and includes entry fee however camera fee has to paid directly at the reserve

What if we want extra safaris or rides?

Extra safaris and rides are subject to availability

If we want extra sightseeing of the city or monuments, what do we do?

After showing you popular monuments and forts, If time permits we can arrange extra sightseeing as well

If we want to visit some other sites that are not on the itinerary, what do we do?

Please get in touch with our travel consultant and he will make the arrangements accordingly

How do we know where to go shopping and we will not be cheated?

Our trustworthy guides will make sure you are taken to reliable places for shopping which provide you authentic merchandise

What if we get to the place which is closed that is on your itinerary?

We prepare our itinerary in such a way that you get to see all the monuments included in the tour, skipping the days in which these places are closed

Can we ask you for bookings at any of the events, cultural shows or festivals during our visit?

Do we have free time to explore or we only have to follow the schedule?

After visiting the scheduled places if time permits then we can arrange for extra sightseeing in the nearby localities

If we opt for triple or quadruple accommodation, is this possible? Will this bring the cost of the tour down?

As per your preference, both triple and quadruple accommodations can be arranged in North India Birding Tour. It definitely plays a vital role in bringing back the cost down

What if there is a calamity in the family? How will the refund work?

50% of the total refundable amount (as per the cancelation policy) will be released within 30 days of cancellation and the balance 50% will be adjusted into the future bookings.
